With this new found passion, he also set up a fitness community known as the Lion City Spartans. Recently he has just came back from Canada where he qualified to race at the OCR World Championships. In the last 4 years, he has been actively involve in doing Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) all over the globe. Through his practice of bodybuilding and proper nutrition, he has managed to impart his knowledge and help to enhance many of his clients lifestyles. Over the course of a decade in the fitness industry he has worked with various clients with different goals.
He’s also a competitive bodybuilder and has won a few national titles, representing Singapore in overseas competition. As a fitness enthusiast during school days, Muhammed participated in various sports such as soccer, softball, track & field and martial arts. Prior to joining the Fitness Industry 12 year ago, he was in the security industry doing Close Cover Protection for celebrities and VIPs, event control and security consultation.
Muhammed is an infantry officer in the Singapore Armed Forces.
